I've been using Pro Auto for a few years now and they do great work!  I never get second hand information.  I talk directly to the tech working on my ride, he explains exactly what they are going to do to my ride and will walk me right in the garage and show me why there is a problem.  I 've never felt like I'm being pressured into a repair, there are no "hard sells" and when other issues are discovered my tech will call me directly for an ok to fix- they don't just do stuff and then charge me.  I love the staff they are like family !!!  I'd recommend Pro Auto again & again.

In March I had a friend come to town and to eliminate rental car expense I gave her my truck while I car pooled.   After a visit with friends way on the other side of town - she called to let me know the truck would not start.  This was Friday afternoon, I was at work and I was going to need my vehicle for the weekend.  I called Pro Auto - best quick decision I have ever made !  The staff at Pro Auto sent a tow truck to get my truck to their shop - diagnosed the problem and replaced the starter all before I even got off of work at the end of my work day I had a co-worker drop me off at the shop, picked up my truck and enjoyed my weekend !  When they say "peace of my mind" they literally mean you don't have to worry about a thing.  Pro Auto Care is not like any other repair shop I've ever utilized - it's clean and the staff are happy and friendly.  I'll be back.
